Are your window locks broken, seized, or loose? Burglars don’t like locked windows – remember, nearly 66% of burglaries are through windows. It makes sense to fit window locks, there are window locks for most types of windows, fit them to all accessible windows – Breaking glass makes noise and attracts attention. If the windows are deadlocked, the burglar will almost certainly be unable to open them even after breaking the glass and will have to climb past jagged pieces of broken glass to get in. To spread the cost, fit locks to the most vulnerable windows first and then progressively fit locks to all other accessible windows, remember, louver windows are easy for burglars, make sure you glue (use an epoxy resin) all the glass slats in or consider security bars.

Don’t look further, they are the locksmiths you need! The customer service was A1 and the prices are extremely fair. Don’t even bother asking your dealership for a price, it wont even come close to theirs. TL;DR:Super G&R more than deserves the 5.0 they hold on Google, and I hope whoever reads this review understands that – should you choose G&R – your needs will be met and then some, and the service will be more than worth the price. Especially if you end up with Brock as your technician!–This is the most well-deserved 5-star review I think I have ever had the opportunity to leave.I spent the entirety of last night calling and contacting as many Calgary locksmiths as I could. Our cats were locked in my place while we are 7 hours away in Grande Prairie for the holidays. We’ve been gone for 2 days so far. I forgot to update the spare key that I had given my friend when our locks were changed, and we were running out of options to get the cats safe, checked on, and fed. I just needed a key cut manually and maybe a lockpick. Priority mail was a no-go while the postal infrastructure restabilizes post-strike – delivery times aren’t guaranteed, and we just didn’t have that kind of time.The other locksmiths I contacted quoted me $400-$500 just to get the lock picked and rekey, and none seemed to have the equipment or expertise available to cut a brand new key without one physically present, even with multiple photos and information about the lock and key itself. Some of them pushed to try to fix my issue completely on their terms – one gentleman even going so far as to call me back 15 minutes later and say “I’m on my way there,” /after/ I told him I couldn’t afford his services and would be driving back to Calgary in the morning instead.Not Brock though.I received the most welcome wake-up callback this morning after deciding to give up and drive home. Brock was available ASAP and understood my concerns. He was willing to co-ordinate with my friend, my parent, and I to manually cut a new set of keys, unlock the door, pay, and get the cats taken care of. He was very diligent re: security, making sure I provided documentation proving I’m the resident at the address he was going to be working at. Knowing that he cared about doing things the safe and ethical way was a huge relief. In addition, Brock was more than conscious of our budget.Not only did he save the day, he was also the kindest and most respectful out of every single individual I spoke to regarding the situation. I never felt pressured into buying x service, and he didn’t try to upsell or convince me to do something different simply because it would be easier for him – he was realistic about his abilities and helped set my expectations.Thanks to Brock our cats are safe and alive, fed, and happy, Uncle Hank got a little extra attention, and we can finally relax a little during the holiday season.Brock took the time and made a huge effort – and man, what a difference it made.Thank you Brock, and thank you Super G&R. I lost my key with the fob for my 2007 Mazda 6. I called the Mazda dealership and was quoted $570.00 for a replacement key. I called Calgary Locksmith Services to see about getting a new key the next day and I was told a technician would call me the next morning at 9:00 a.m. and they called right at 9:00 a.m. as promised. They quoted me $200.00 for a replacement key (the other quotes I received besides from the dealership ranged from $210.00 – $275.00). Oleksii met me at my car and had a new key cut and programmed within 20 minutes and it ended up costing less than the original quote. I was very happy with the service and price I received. I needed help with my BMW key that wasn’t working. Super G&R got back to me right away and they were so helpful. The technician recognized quickly what the issue was and told me a new BMW key (which is very costly), wasn’t really necessary. He referred me to a colleague who fixes tablets, phones etc. The gentleman who owns the repair store was awesome and didn’t give up until he figured out why the key wasn’t working. He was able to fix it for an extremely reasonable price. I was very impressed with the honesty and helpfulness of Super G&R and their professionalism to recommend their partner and help solve my issue.

I would use Super G&R again and can recommend their service. Oleksii was my technician and he did a great job and was very professional.I needed 8 locks changed and he was able to do it and also fix 2 doors that were difficult to open due to misalignment of the deadbolt. Greg is our best friend. WE LOVE GREG. We lost our car key on Saturday and because it was a long weekend we didn’² have alot of options until Tuesday. He was so patient and thorough and answered all of my many many questions through the weekend. We got the info from our dealership and he was at our place within an hour to get the key cut and programmed. The pricing was also AMAZING. I can’t sing the gang’s praises enough. When I contacted Greg for an automotive key replacement after being disappointed by another service not even showing up, he was mid job but advised me he’d try to be out the same eve if possible or he’d be out the next morning. He contacted me later in the evening and came out in severe overtime to ensure I didn’t get missed in getting our ability to use our car back. He and his team managed to take care of everything very smoothly even though our make of car (Hyundai) can apparently be very tricky to do for older models. I would highly recommend Super G&R’s services as they go the extra mile to both see your problem solved and keep you updated both on timing, and during the whole process on how its going, what they need to watch for, and best ways to solve problems. I’m from outside Calgary and had an appointment in the city so wasn’t exactly sure on the time- he just needed 15 mins notice and met me in south Calgary to reprogram my two fobs from Amazon and a key supplied by him. Great customer service. The keypad on my front door unexpectedly stopped working in the middle of a snowstorm leaving me locked out. Had a nasty situation where someone got into my van and broke off a house key into my vehicles ignition. One of the owners personally came out and thanks to his experience and skill was able to extract the key without damaging the cylinder. I was having issues with my car keys as well as ignition. In a state of panic, my husband contacted Super G&R Installation to aid me. Gregori immediately came to examine the issues I was experiencing with my keys and ignition. Gregori was able to make me a new car key as well as fix my ignition and my car door lock. I was in a pickle, locking myself out of my car; not from Calgary. Unfortunately the first tech wasn’t able to get in, but he quickly phoned his other tech who had the right tools. They were able to get me into my car and back on the road in a very timely manner. For a pretty fair price. I highly recommend them, since they’re also 24/7, if it wasn’t for them, I would have had to stay another night in the City, and go down to a Dealership to get a door key cut. Super honest Tech’s.
