Great customer service. The keypad on my front door unexpectedly stopped working in the middle of a snowstorm leaving me locked out. Greg came out to my house to cut me a new key. My key broke off in my trunk. He worked hard to get the piece that was stuck out. He also did me a huge favour by cutting me two keys. I one hundred percent would recommend him for your car key cutting needs.

Had a nasty situation where someone got into my van and broke off a house key into my vehicles ignition. One of the owners personally came out and thanks to his experience and skill was able to extract the key without damaging the cylinder. A less skilled locksmith wouldn’t have been able to pull it off. Super Impressed can recommend.

Amazing service, friendly folks, quick response and high quality. We had an issue with our old 2006 BMW key, and the guys created a new one that works well and now we can use the remote features right from the key (and also use it for its main functionality). I found out in -34 degree weather that my ignition key did not unlock my vehicle. My truck was running and they got to my house within 20 minutes of me calling them. Got into my truck and cut me a new key for my door so I can actually get in now! Service was great.

Update – the lock was still acting weird – Andrey came over and figured out what was wrong with it. He also cut me new keys because I wanted some extras. Excellent, efficient service. Will be recommending them.Andrey was great! I have been having issues with my electronic lock and have fixed the problem myself in the past. This time, it wasn’t cooperating. I called, and Andrey helped me over the phone, and it seems to be working now.I really appreciate that he helped me remotely and didn’t come out just to charge a service fee. If I have any more lock or key needs, I’m definitely calling Super G&R, and will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

I was having issues with my car keys as well as ignition. In a state of panic, my husband contacted Super G&R Installation to aid me. Gregori immediately came to examine the issues I was experiencing with my keys and ignition. Gregori was able to make me a new car key as well as fix my ignition and my car door lock. The service I received was beyond exceptional.Additionally, Gregori even went out of his way to drop off my car keys to my work once he was done working on my vehicle. Made the call in the morning and my front door lock issues were resolved within hours (on a Saturday no less). I was in a pickle, locking myself out of my car; not from Calgary. Unfortunately the first tech wasn’t able to get in, but he quickly phoned his other tech who had the right tools. They were able to get me into my car and back on the road in a very timely manner. For a pretty fair price. I highly recommend them, since they’re also 24/7, if it wasn’t for them, I would have had to stay another night in the City, and go down to a Dealership to get a door key cut. Super honest Tech’s.

Our key got stuck in the deadbolt to our front door while in the locked position. Nothing was getting it out.I called and was back in my house in less then 30 minutes.
