Amazing service. I locked my keys in the car and called several other places before calling Super G&R. Greg was very helpful and provided me with an exact rate (which was lower than anywhere else I called), and dispatched a technician immediately. Oleksii arrived within minutes, and was super kind. The process was very quick, I paid exactly what I was quoted, and it was an overall positive experience, despite an unfortunate situation.

Despite the extreme cold they were very cheerful, polite and answered all my questions with patience. I recommend 💯 and will definitely use there services again. Thank you again for all your help.

I just had an A-1 service call to open a locked door in southwest Calgary this morning. The best company!! Stephen took initial call and Brock unlocked the door! Superb service! I highly recommend this company. Polite, quick (Brock moved another appt. not an emergency, in order to help me out.) cannot say enough positive things about them!! Tell your friends!!

Don’t look further, they are the locksmiths you need! The customer service was A1 and the prices are extremely fair. Don’t even bother asking your dealership for a price, it wont even come close to theirs. I got a second car key done and they programmed my key fob… the key they made me works smoother than my original (My original is also an aftermarket key). Thank you guys for the great service!!

We had an amazing experience with Brock, the locksmith technician! My wife and I were locked out of our house during a power and internet outage in the neighborhood, and it was -15°C outside—an incredibly stressful situation, especially since we had just flown back from vacation.Brock went above and beyond to help us. Initially, out of frustration, I asked him to break our Google Nest door lock just to get us inside. However, Brock remained calm and professional, exploring alternative solutions. He successfully got us through the garage door, saving us from having to replace an expensive lock and saving us hundreds of dollars in service fees.Brock was polite, respectful, and an absolute delight to work with during what could have been a nightmare situation. His problem-solving skills and dedication to helping his customers truly impressed us. If you ever find yourself in a lock-out situation, I highly recommend Brock—he’s the best in the business!

Called at 6pm for immediate services and the job was complete by 9pm! I heard back from the technician, Brock, within minutes of inquiring and he gave me an approximate timeline and let me know he’d be in touch when he was on his way. He arrived exactly when he said he would and completed everything efficiently and professionally! 10/10 would recommend

TL;DR:Super G&R more than deserves the 5.0 they hold on Google, and I hope whoever reads this review understands that – should you choose G&R – your needs will be met and then some, and the service will be more than worth the price. Especially if you end up with Brock as your technician!–This is the most well-deserved 5-star review I think I have ever had the opportunity to leave.I spent the entirety of last night calling and contacting as many Calgary locksmiths as I could. Our cats were locked in my place while we are 7 hours away in Grande Prairie for the holidays. We’ve been gone for 2 days so far. I forgot to update the spare key that I had given my friend when our locks were changed, and we were running out of options to get the cats safe, checked on, and fed. I just needed a key cut manually and maybe a lockpick. Priority mail was a no-go while the postal infrastructure restabilizes post-strike – delivery times aren’t guaranteed, and we just didn’t have that kind of time. The other locksmiths I contacted quoted me $400-$500 just to get the lock picked and rekey, and none seemed to have the equipment or expertise available to cut a brand new key without one physically present, even with multiple photos and information about the lock and key itself. Some of them pushed to try to fix my issue completely on their terms – one gentleman even going so far as to call me back 15 minutes later and say “I’m on my way there,” /after/ I told him I couldn’t afford his services and would be driving back to Calgary in the morning instead. Not Brock though.I received the most welcome wake-up callback this morning after deciding to give up and drive home. Brock was available ASAP and understood my concerns. He was willing to co-ordinate with my friend, my parent, and I to manually cut a new set of keys, unlock the door, pay, and get the cats taken care of. He was very diligent re: security, making sure I provided documentation proving I’m the resident at the address he was going to be working at. Knowing that he cared about doing things the safe and ethical way was a huge relief. In addition, Brock was more than conscious of our budget. Not only did he save the day, he was also the kindest and most respectful out of every single individual I spoke to regarding the situation. I never felt pressured into buying x service, and he didn’t try to upsell or convince me to do something different simply because it would be easier for him – he was realistic about his abilities and helped set my expectations. Thanks to Brock our cats are safe and alive, fed, and happy, Uncle Hank got a little extra attention, and we can finally relax a little during the holiday season.Brock took the time and made a huge effort – and man, what a difference it made.Thank you Brock, and thank you Super G&R. You’ve earned the dedicated future business of me and my people – and I’ll sing your praises to anyone in the Calgary area who needs a locksmith from now on.Happy Holidays, Happy Solstice, Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa, and Happy Hanukkah to all of you and your loved ones!

Amazing service! Brock was super professional to deal with and holds customer service up to a great standard. His attention to detail and quick response and service is top notch! Do not hesitate to ask for him! I write this as a small business manager that holds customer service to a very high standard! It has become increasingly challenging to find good customer service at all these days but Brock definitely proved to me that it still exists! Please call him for all your locksmith needs. Very fast turn around and top notch company!

I lost my key with the fob for my 2007 Mazda 6. I called the Mazda dealership and was quoted $570.00 for a replacement key. I called Calgary Locksmith Services to see about getting a new key the next day and I was told a technician would call me the next morning at 9:00 a.m. and they called right at 9:00 a.m. as promised. They quoted me $200.00 for a replacement key (the other quotes I received besides from the dealership ranged from $210.00 – $275.00). Oleksii met me at my car and had a new key cut and programmed within 20 minutes and it ended up costing less than the original quote. I was very happy with the service and price I received. Thank you!

I needed help with my BMW key that wasn’t working. Super G&R got back to me right away and they were so helpful. The technician recognized quickly what the issue was and told me a new BMW key (which is very costly), wasn’t really necessary. He referred me to a colleague who fixes tablets, phones etc. The gentleman who owns the repair store was awesome and didn’t give up until he figured out why the key wasn’t working. He was able to fix it for an extremely reasonable price. I was very impressed with the honesty and helpfulness of Super G&R and their professionalism to recommend their partner and help solve my issue.

I would use Super G&R again and can recommend their service. Oleksii was my technician and he did a great job and was very professional.I needed 8 locks changed and he was able to do it and also fix 2 doors that were difficult to open due to misalignment of the deadbolt. They now operate as smooth as butter and I can unlock them with one hand 👏

Greg is our best friend. WE LOVE GREG. We lost our car key on Saturday and because it was a long weekend we didn’² have alot of options until Tuesday. He was so patient and thorough and answered all of my many many questions through the weekend. We got the info from our dealership and he was at our place within an hour to get the key cut and programmed. The pricing was also AMAZING. Going through our dealership would of cost us around 600 by the end of everything, it was way way less than that with Greg. NEVER go to a dealership honestly. Thank you Greg!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I can’t sing the gang’s praises enough. When I contacted Greg for an automotive key replacement after being disappointed by another service not even showing up, he was mid job but advised me he’d try to be out the same eve if possible or he’d be out the next morning. He contacted me later in the evening and came out in severe overtime to ensure I didn’t get missed in getting our ability to use our car back. He and his team managed to take care of everything very smoothly even though our make of car (Hyundai) can apparently be very tricky to do for older models. I would highly recommend Super G&R’s services as they go the extra mile to both see your problem solved and keep you updated both on timing, and during the whole process on how its going, what they need to watch for, and best ways to solve problems. Thank you again Greg!

GREAT, fast, hassle free, locksmith! This guy was awesome. I’m from outside Calgary and had an appointment in the city so wasn’t exactly sure on the time- he just needed 15 mins notice and met me in south Calgary to reprogram my two fobs from Amazon and a key supplied by him. He was the lowest price from my other quotes too. Awesome service!

I was in a pickle, locking myself out of my car; not from Calgary. Unfortunately the first tech wasn’t able to get in, but he quickly phoned his other tech who had the right tools. They were able to get me into my car and back on the road in a very timely manner. For a pretty fair price. I highly recommend them, since they’re also 24/7, if it wasn’t for them, I would have had to stay another night in the City, and go down to a Dealership to get a door key cut. Super honest Tech’s.
